Baked ‘Camembert’ with baguette and crudities ~ a cashew based ‘cheese’ studded with garlic & rosemary, served hot from the oven with crusty French bread and crisp veg to dip
Crisp shredded vegetable rolls with tamarind sauce, coconut curry & chilli oil ~ phyllo pastry rolled around finely shredded vegetables, baked till golden and served with a creamy coconut curry and tangy sweet-sour tamarind dipping sauce
Swiss chard cannelloni with caramelized garlic and parsnip cream ~ tubes of fresh pasta filled with organic chard, served with crisp dressed leaves and avocado salad
Feijoda with crispy potato cakes ~ a Brazilian style stew of black beans & spicy vegetables served with spinach and topped with shredded potatoes & herbs fried till golden
pear & blueberry trifle ~ a smooth pear mousse layered with fresh blueberry compote and baked cashew crumbs
carrot cake with candid walnuts ~ not any old carrot cake but one made with fresh pineapple & carrots. Topped with coconut cream frosting and caramelized walnuts
