 Choose a savoury OR sweet waffle with toppings, and a milkshake or drink of your choice

£12 per adult, £6 for under 16's.


Savoury: 1. Cajun spiced sweet potato, guacamole, salsa & salad.
2. Oven baked ratatouille with fresh herbs.
3. Our green kitchen hummus, rocket, balsamic roasted tomatoes, olives and avocado.

SUSTAINABLE St. Albans week 19th - 26th

There are LOTS of exciting events happening throughout the week and throughout St Albans and district

and we are participating - we'll have a display all about veganism. Come along and learn more about eating a plant based diet. Leaflets, recipe cards and magazines to take away. Ask us for advice or just a chat. Sample alternatives to dairy milk in a tea or coffee.

Sunday 20th Cookery demonstration; how to use fruit and vegetables in exciting ways!

Weds 23rd, we are hosting a coffeee morning for DAIAD who will be on hand to help you save water. 10am - 1pm

complimentary coffeee and cake.

To coincide with St. Albans sustainable week our menu is featuring seasonal ingredients with as many as possible sourced locally or in the UK.

Mains: ‘mince’ & ale puff pastry pie, served with new potatoes & seasonal vegetables; garlic green beans, mashed carrots and cauliflower cheese. (GF option)

Aubergine & chick pea burger in a home made sesame bun, with roasted tomatoes, courgette ribbons dressed with garlic, lemon & chilli and green salad (GF option)

 

Desserts: lemon & lime tart, a smooth, creamy filling in a biscuity pastry with coconut ice cream
